Returns & Exchanges

INSTORE PURCHASES: We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an in store credit for the item, if it is returned in its original condition & packaging. Refunds will only be issued if the item is proven to have a non warrantable fault with it's manufacture. We reserve the right to have resonable time to asses the items fault before issuing a full refund.

ONLINE PURCHASES: If you discovour any issues with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your product at sales@firstavenue.net.au We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase, if goods are found to be faulty or have a manufacturers defect. Refunds will include the delivery cost and will be issued via the original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, however we will be happy to provide an online or in store credit. Delivery and return charges will be excluded. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

We package our products as best we can to ensure safe delivery while keeping shipping costs to a minimum, but should your goods arrive broken, we will happily issue you with a refund or exchange, but will request proof of the cause of the damage.
